"Well that was easy" said Jason after he and Bridget had walked up the aisle. They had just exchanged their vows overlooking the sea at Astwood Park. Perhaps it was easy as they had chosen to see each other before the ceremony. It was an incredibly tender and emotional meeting. Jason wept, Bridget caressed his cheek, and he tenderly kissed her on the forehead. I really do love when couples decide to see each other before the ceremony. There is something special about the first time a groom sees his bride and this privacy gives them time to hug, to kiss, to relish in the moment and reflect on what the day will bring.
I had asked Bridget for a little smile - all her bridesmaids laughed, as did Bridget. Apparently she can't do that; it is either all or nothing...
Bridget is wonderfully animated; her sister's hair got caught in her hairband.
Thank you both for a wonderful afternoon; it was an absolute pleasure to photograph your beautiful wedding.
