Kiet exclaimed as we prepared to leave the beach. Kiet, Emma and Amelie had found a few bits of sea glass, some tiny shells and their parents Chau and Giang were enamoured with the pink sand.
This was their first trip to Bermuda; they came all the way from California. Although they live close to the ocean too, Giang said she has never seen anything quite like the colour of the sea here.
I am always so happy watching visitors frolic in the surf with huge smiles spread across their faces. I think we forget sometimes how truly magical our home is. Their glee at seeing a few parrotfish just off the shore was absolutely delightful! Thank you all for helping me see with fresh eyes.
