Nicole and Daniel were married on 10.10.10. They had originally planned to have their wedding at Heron's Nest, but with the house up for sale, they had to change the venue. Nicole's father was just finishing off his new house, so the process was sped up to ensure it would be completed in time. This meant the world to Nicole as it was actually where Daniel had proposed. On the porch overlooking the sea, he had laid out hundreds of rose petals and candles spelling out "Will you Marry Me?". How could anyone say no to that? Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, it was an honour to be a part of your beautiful wedding...
Nicole, her parents and bridesmaids all got ready in a suite at Newstead, with a beautiful view of Hamilton Harbour and the finals of the Gold Cup sailing. Nicole's gorgeous gown was designed by Kenneth Pool and all the bouquets and reception flowers were done by Marguerite at Petals.
The bridesmaids dresses were by Watters and Watters. Natasha Rosdol did the girls' make up and their hair was done at Strands.
They worked with John and Leo at Swiss Timing on the design and creation of Nicole's engagement ring and wedding bands.
