They all met at a luncheon in 2008 and immediately hit it off. They have been friends ever since and have gone for many walks, lunches, beach picnics and enjoy cooking together. In September, Andrea said that she and her husband were returning to Germany in January and a few hours later, My Phuong said that they too were leaving in October. So they all thought it was important to do something that would forever remind them of the wonderful friendships they share and the place it all began.
