At the bottom of the Botanical Gardens there is a tiny bamboo forest at the base of this huge tree. I don't shoot there very often, but when I do, it makes me happy. The bamboo squeaks in the breeze and I love looking at all the initials engraved into the stalks, though hope at the same time that the markings do not harm the trees. I have the pleasure of seeing Declan and Shane for three mini sessions a year - for each of their birthdays and for Christmas. Even with these frequent shoots it is amazing how much their personalities are developing. So thank you again for a morning of laughter.
