They met online, went out a few times and then decided to just be friends. Over the course of the following year they became great friends, and Ali says Jeremy was one of her best friends. They would say to each other from time to time that if they had not found someone else to marry in five years that they should get married.
Then, one day, they went skydiving. That is when Ali realised that Jeremy was more than her best friend. "Anyone who is willing to freefall 14,000 feet with me is someone special."
They decided to give dating each other another go and two years later they did get married. They did not wait for that five years but instead found that they were really meant for each other.
